Products.The product is designed for PVC product construction welding use,
specifications of 2.5-4.0mm, 1000mm long, varieties of single root, double root and
so on.

Produktionsprocess

Knådning utförs i en vanlig knådare av Z-typ eller en höghastighetsknådare. Vid användning av 45 mm extruder kontrolleras skruvhastigheten i 15~24r/min. Temperaturen
av den första sektionen av extrudern är i allmänhet 160~170 °C, temperaturen på den
andra sektionen är 170 ~ 180 ° C, och huvudtemperaturen är mellan 170 ~ 90 ° C.
Kylning sker i kylvattentanken, vanligtvis uppdelad i två steg
kylning, det första steget kyls med varmvattenspray, vattentemperaturen är 40 ~ 60 ℃, det andra steget kyls med kallt vatten. Svetsstaven skärs vid rumstemperatur efter kylning.
