Products.The product is designed for PVC product construction welding use,
specifications of 2.5-4.0mm, 1000mm long, varieties of single root, double root and
so on.

فرایند تولید

ورز دادن در یک خمیر زن معمولی نوع Z یا یک خمیر زن با سرعت بالا انجام می شود. هنگام استفاده از اکسترودر 45 میلی متری، سرعت پیچ در 15 تا 24r/min کنترل می شود. درجه حرارت
بخش اول اکسترودر به طور کلی 160 تا 170 درجه سانتیگراد است، دمای
بخش دوم 170 تا 180 درجه سانتیگراد و دمای سر بین 170 تا 90 درجه سانتیگراد است.
خنک سازی در مخزن آب خنک کننده انجام می شود که معمولاً به دو مرحله تقسیم می شود
خنک کننده، مرحله اول با اسپری آب گرم خنک می شود، دمای آب 40 ~ 60 ℃ است، مرحله دوم با آب سرد خنک می شود. میله جوش پس از خنک شدن در دمای اتاق بریده می شود.
