Products.The product is designed for PVC product construction welding use,
specifications of 2.5-4.0mm, 1000mm long, varieties of single root, double root and
so on.

主な生産設備

生産工程

混練は、通常のZ型ニーダーまたは高速ニーダーで行われます。45mmの押出機を使用する場合、スクリュー速度は15〜24r / minで制御されます。温度
押出機の最初のセクションの温度は通常160〜170℃ですが、
第2セクションは170〜180℃、ヘッド温度は170〜90℃です。
冷却は冷却水タンクで行われ、通常は2段階に分かれています。
冷却は、第一段階は温水噴霧で冷却し、水温は40〜60℃、第二段階は冷水で冷却します。冷却後、溶接棒は室温で切断されます。
