specifications of 2.5-4.0mm, 1000mm long, varieties of single root, double root and
so on.

Proizvodni proces

Gnječenje se vrši u običnoj masi za gnječenje tipa Z ili brzoj gnječilici. Kada koristite ekstruder od 45 mm, brzina puža se kontroliše u 15~24r/min. Temperatura
prvog dijela ekstrudera je općenito 160~170 °C, temperatura
druga sekcija je 170~180°C, a temperatura glave je između 170~90°C.
Hlađenje se vrši u rezervoaru vode za hlađenje, obično podeljenom u dve faze
hlađenje, prva faza se hladi toplom vodom, temperatura vode je 40~60℃, druga faza se hladi hladnom vodom. Šipka za zavarivanje se nakon hlađenja reže na sobnoj temperaturi.
