عملية الإنتاج

يتم العجن في عجان عادي من النوع Z أو عجان عالي السرعة. عند استخدام الطارد 45 مم، يتم التحكم في سرعة اللولب في 15~24r/min. درجة الحرارة
القسم الأول من الطارد هو عموما 160 ~ 170 درجة مئوية، ودرجة حرارة
القسم الثاني 170~180 درجة مئوية، ودرجة حرارة الرأس بين 170~90 درجة مئوية.
يتم التبريد في خزان مياه التبريد، وعادةً ما يتم تقسيمه إلى مرحلتين
