specifications of 2.5-4.0mm, 1000mm long, varieties of single root, double root and
so on.

Processo produttivo

L'impasto viene eseguito in una normale impastatrice di tipo Z o in un'impastatrice ad alta velocità. Quando si utilizza un estrusore da 45 mm, la velocità della vite è controllata in 15~24 giri/min. La temperatura
della prima sezione dell'estrusore è generalmente 160~170 ° C, la temperatura del
la seconda sezione è 170~180 °C e la temperatura della testa è compresa tra 170~90 °C.
Il raffreddamento viene effettuato nel serbatoio dell'acqua di raffreddamento, solitamente suddiviso in due fasi
raffreddamento, il primo stadio viene raffreddato mediante spruzzo di acqua calda, la temperatura dell'acqua è 40 ~ 60 ℃, il secondo stadio viene raffreddato con acqua fredda. Il filo di saldatura viene tagliato a temperatura ambiente dopo il raffreddamento.
