Products.The product is designed for PVC product construction welding use,
specifications of 2.5-4.0mm, 1000mm long, varieties of single root, double root and
so on.

Produktions proces

Æltning udføres i en almindelig æltemaskine af Z-type eller en højhastighedsæltemaskine. Ved brug af 45 mm ekstruder styres skruehastigheden i 15~24r/min. Temperaturen
af den første sektion af ekstruderen er generelt 160 ~ 170 ° C, temperaturen af
anden sektion er 170 ~ 180 ° C, og hovedtemperaturen er mellem 170 ~ 90 ° C.
Køling udføres i kølevandsbeholderen, normalt opdelt i to trin af
afkøling, det første trin afkøles med varmt vandspray, vandtemperaturen er 40 ~ 60 ℃, det andet trin afkøles med koldt vand. Svejsestangen skæres ved stuetemperatur efter afkøling.
