תהליך ייצור

הלישה מתבצעת בלישה רגילה מסוג Z או לישה מהירה. בעת שימוש באקסטרודר 45 מ"מ, מהירות הבורג נשלטת ב-15~24r/min. הטמפרטורה
של החלק הראשון של האקסטרודר היא בדרך כלל 160 ~ 170 מעלות צלזיוס, הטמפרטורה של
החלק השני הוא 170 ~ 180 מעלות צלזיוס, וטמפרטורת הראש היא בין 170 ~ 90 מעלות צלזיוס.
