Products.The product is designed for PVC product construction welding use,
specifications of 2.5-4.0mm, 1000mm long, varieties of single root, double root and
so on.

Proces proizvodnje

Miješenje se vrši u običnoj mjesilici tipa Z ili u mjesilici velike brzine. Kada se koristi ekstruder od 45 mm, brzina puža se kontrolira na 15~24r/min. Temperatura
prvog dijela ekstrudera je općenito 160~170 °C, temperatura
drugi dio je 170~180°C, a temperatura glave je između 170~90°C.
Hlađenje se provodi u spremniku rashladne vode, obično podijeljenom u dvije faze
hlađenje, prva faza se hladi raspršenom toplom vodom, temperatura vode je 40 ~ 60 ℃, druga faza se hladi hladnom vodom. Šipka za zavarivanje se reže na sobnoj temperaturi nakon hlađenja.
