Products.The product is designed for PVC product construction welding use,
specifications of 2.5-4.0mm, 1000mm long, varieties of single root, double root and
so on.

생산 과정

반죽은 일반 Z형 반죽기 또는 고속 반죽기에서 수행됩니다. 45mm Extruder 사용시 스크류 속도는 15~24r/min으로 조절됩니다. 온도
압출기의 첫 번째 섹션의 온도는 일반적으로 160~170°C이며,
두 번째 섹션은 170~180°C이고 헤드 온도는 170~90°C입니다.
냉각은 냉각수 탱크에서 수행되며 일반적으로 두 단계로 나뉩니다.
냉각, 첫 번째 단계는 온수 스프레이로 냉각되고, 수온은 40~60℃이며, 두 번째 단계는 냉수로 냉각됩니다. 용접봉은 냉각 후 상온에서 절단됩니다.
