Technical requirements

(1) Appearance: The internal and external surface of the pipe should be smooth, flat, without any crack, sag, decomposing line and other surface defects that affect the pipes’ quality. The pipe should not contain any visible impurities, pipe cutting end should be flat and vertical to the axial.
(2) Opaqueness: The pipes are opaque for ground and underground water supply systems.
(3) Length: The standard lengths of the PVC-U water supply pipes are 4m, 5m and 6m. And it can be also concerted by both sides.
(4) Color: The standard colors are grey and white.
(5) Connecting form: Rubber sealing ring connecting and solvent adhesive connecting.
(6) Health performance:
Our PVC-U water supply pipe can comply with the GB/T 17219-1998 standard and the standard for drinking water pipe hygienic requirements from “living and drinking water conveying equipment and protective materials health safety performance evaluation standard” which is promulgated by the health ministry.

The pipes are widely used in urban and rural water supply projects, residential area of the municipal building water supply networks and indoor areas water supply pipeline projects and so on.
