Short Description:

PVC resin is the main material of PVC-U Chemical Pipe, the pipe is finished molding by adding proper amount of additives, process mixing, extrusion, sizing, cooling, cutting, belling and many other processing technologies. Various chemical fluids can be transferred in this kind of pipe below 45℃, and can be used for non-drinking water transmission under the same pressure.

Details

Characteristics

Good thermal performance, excellent chemical and corrosion resistance, no delaminating and fracture after soaking in acetone. It is mainly used for transferring various of chemical liquids.

Technical requirements

(1) The standard color is grey color, and it also can be concerted by both sides.
(2) Appearance: The internal and external surface of the pipe should be smooth, flat, without any crack, sag, decomposing line and other surface defects that affect the pipes’ quality. The pipe should not contain any visible impurities, pipe cutting end should be flat and vertical to the axial.
(3) Wall thickness tolerance rate: The different point’s wall thickness tolerance rate of the same section shall not exceed 14%.
