Product introduction

Polypropylene (PP) is a thermoplastic, oxygen index of 17%, belongs to the easy to burn polymer materials, so the fire performance is poor, very easy to produce fire. Our PP fire retardant sheet has developed flame-retardant. PP material with fire retardant performance and can meet UL94 standard, which has passed the certification of authoritative testing institutions, thus greatly eliminating the fire hidden danger of users.
Flame retardant PP board composition is mainly polypropylene, flame retardant master batch, flame retardant carrier, flame retardant color master, anti-ultraviolet stabilizer, after high temperature solution and coagulation and then produced.
The role of flame-retardant PP sheet: flame-retardant PP sheet has more market advantages than ordinary PP sheet, mainly reflected in fire retardant, engineering equipment, chemical equipment, environmental protection equipment, electroplating equipment of choice, block the fire retardant function, but also has the characteristics of acid and alkali resistance, oxidation resistance, ultraviolet resistance, poisonous, odorless, colorless and harmless, etc.

Standard and grades

Our PP fire retardant sheet has passed the UL94 certificate. And we have two grades for different customers’ requirement: V0 and V2 grade.

Applications
