PVC transparent pipe is made of pure raw materials and processed by mixing,
extrusion, sizing, cooling, cutting and other processes. The product has the advantages of high strength, good transparency, outstanding weather resistance and superior
physical properties to plexiglass pipe.

The actual processing condition depends on each extruder machine type, screw type and outputs needed etc. Generally, temperature at extruder should be around 150-180°C as sequence from feed throat to die head. The exceed temperature than 190°C might effect to appearance, color and typical property.
